Insurance Service Manager - Luxury Customers

Job Objective:

To provide high-quality support and insurance advisory services to luxury customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets in the high-value segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact luxury leads/prospective high-net-worth clients over the phone to promote vehicle insurance & Renewal policies.

Offer personalized advice based on customer lifestyle.

Maintain strong follow-up to ensure customer engagement and policy closure.

Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent service and communication.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the LMS system.

Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company sales protocols.

Requirements:

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-4 years in insurance sales / telesales (dealing with HNI or premium customers preferred)

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Confidence in handling high-value clients professionally

- Ability to explain complex insurance terms clearly

- Sales and target-driven mindset

- Fluent in [English + Tamil, and any other regional Language]
