The Executive - Customer Experience is responsible for ensuring seamless client interactions by resolving issues, maintaining regular communication, analyzing complaint trends, and coordinating service delivery. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
# Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely implementation of solutions.
# Keep clients informed on the status of their concerns and provide timely updates and resolutions.
# Analyze customer complaints to identify recurring patterns and areas for improvement.
# Track client engagement and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
# Maintain transparent communication through regular client updates (weekly, fortnightly, monthly).
# Monitor and manage service schedules, ensuring adherence to delivery plans for key clients.
# Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records.
# Track and report key performance metrics relevant to customer satisfaction and operational performance.
