Requirements:



Should be ready to work for the Voice process Clarity of speech and thought is expected with basic computer knowledge. Should previously have sales domain experience Ready for rotational week offs. Immediate joiners Preferred. Must have a good command & fluency in English and Tamil



Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries on product orders Assist various departments in facilitating sales of all products in the company portfolio Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues Manage all customer inquiries and summarize to present to management Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe. Maintain accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services

NOTE: Interested candidates can walk in directly for the interview at the above-mentioned address between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
