Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update client accounts on Alibaba.com
Help clients list products accurately and efficiently
Provide training on platform features and best practices
Build strong client relationships and provide support
Track progress and report client feedback
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or account management
Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)
Familiarity with Alibaba.com or e-commerce platforms preferred
Proficient in MS Office and online tools
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
