Telecaller - Service Advisor (Consumer Durable & Home Appliances)

Location: Noida

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: Fresher to 3 years

Languages Required: Telugu / Tamil (Must)

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers who can communicate fluently in Telugu or Tamil and support customers for consumer durable & home appliance service queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding product service, warranty, installation, and complaints. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally. Coordinate with field service teams and schedule service visits. Maintain call logs, update CRM, and follow up on pending issues. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support. Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned department.
Required Skills:

Fluency in Telugu or Tamil (mandatory). Good communication and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry). Ability to handle customer queries patiently. Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
