Join us as our new Customer Service Representative for India. Customer Service belongs to department of Customer Service and Logistics, and focus on customer order to cash process. Customer Service Representative will act as the first point of contact for Novozymes customers, respond to customer orders and related service requests and execute supply of product to customers. Welcome to Supply Chain- APAC region. Enable Novozymes to serve any customer anywhere in the world. We handle order to cash process and optimize the global supply networks to ensure perfect order fulfilment. We work closely to our commercial partner to advance Novozymes ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience in profitable way. In this role you\'ll make an impact by: Act as first point of contact for Novozymes customers. Respond to customer service requests by customers. Execute supply of product to customers, from order to cash. Coordinate with the key stakeholders, to ensure order fulfillment. Service Complaint Handling. Support Supply Chain Management Project. SAP & Salesforce Superuser. Potentially relevant experience: Bachelor\'s degree on customer service, logistics, supply chain or business management Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in a Biotechnology industry is an advantage.
