Customer Service Representative (Sales)

Salary:

Up to ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience:

Minimum 6 months in telesales preferred (Freshers welcome)

Education:

Minimum HSC Pass / Any Graduate

1 Rotational Off

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote company products/services. Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Ensure excellent customer experience through professional communication.

Requirements:

Good English communication skills (spoken and written). Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry, etc.). Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
