Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, patient, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and service standards
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
