We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Walmart International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound customer queries from international customers and providing effective solutions with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound international voice calls for Walmart customers.
Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery, refunds, and general support.
Ensure high-quality customer interaction with professional communication.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Meet performance and quality benchmarks as defined by the process.
Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience (mandatory).
Strong English communication skills (verbal).
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Comfortable with voice-based customer interaction.
