We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented

Telecaller

to handle inbound and outbound calls for our education academy. The role involves counseling students, promoting courses, and ensuring excellent student engagement and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain courses and admission processes Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels Provide accurate information about courses, fees, batches, and exam preparation Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollment. Resolve basic queries and ensure high student satisfaction Coordinate with academic and admission teams

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language Confident, polite, and persuasive personality Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle pressure and targets Prior experience in education, sales, or telecalling is an advantage

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
