About the Role

We're looking for a smart, empathetic, and proactive Customer Support Representative to help our customers with their order queries, product-related questions, delivery tracking, refunds, and more.

If you have strong communication skills & a problem-solving mindset -- even with zero prior experience -- we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via Email, WhatsApp, Phone, Chat & Social DM Help customers track orders, resolve issues, and provide product information Maintain a professional, helpful tone at all times Work closely with operations, fulfillment & logistics teams for resolution Record issues, escalations, and feedback in CRM or ticketing systems Follow up with customers until closure Share recurring problems with internal teams to improve workflows Keep response times fast and quality high Maintain customer satisfaction and NPS score targets

Skills We're Looking For

Excellent spoken & written English (Hindi is a plus) Good communication & listening skills Customer-first mindset Ability to stay calm under pressure Problem-solving attitude Basic computer literacy (Email, Google Sheets, CRM tools) Ability to multitask & stay organized

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)

Prior experience in customer support or a D2C brand
