. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our brand and products through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
Generate and qualify leads, converting them into potential customers.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers to customers.
Maintain and update customer databases with details and feedback from calls.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate.
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
Record call outcomes and update CRM systems with customer interactions.
Requirements:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role.
Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools is a plus.
