Role Overview

We are hiring

Customer Support Executives

for the Health Campaign (Ramp) project. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience while adhering to process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Graduate / Undergraduate

Experience:

Freshers: Allowed up to

10%

of total hires (Maximum

30 candidates

) Any Industry Experience: Allowed up to

50%

(Maximum

90 candidates

) Relevant Work Experience (Customer Support / Healthcare / International Voice Process):

Minimum 40%

(80+ candidates, can exceed but cannot fall below this percentage)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for the Health Campaign process. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers. Ensure high-quality customer service with empathy and professionalism. Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions. Collaborate with team members and report to supervisors as per requirements.

Daily Line-up:

Minimum 10 candidates/day until onboarding target is met

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Basic computer knowledge and typing speed. Prior healthcare/customer support experience preferred (for relevant experience pool).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
