Handle inbound voice calls and resolve customer queries

Provide accurate information on products and services

Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Who Can Apply

Freshers or candidates with 0-1 year of experience

Graduates and undergraduates

Strong verbal communication skills in English (fluency level determines process placement)

Salary Structure:

Non-Premium Process: ?14,000 - ?15,000/month (Basic English)

Premium Process: ?20,000 - ?22,000/month (Fluent English)

Ultra-Premium Process: ?24,000 - ?25,000/month (Excellent spoken English)
