What You'll Do:

Answer inbound calls & resolve customer queries Provide clear, accurate info on products/services Ensure a positive customer experience

Who Can Apply:

Freshers or up to 1 year of experience Graduates/Undergraduates Strong verbal skills in English (varies by process level)

Process & Salary Breakdown:

Non-Premium: ?14-15K (Basic English)
Premium: ?20-22K (Fluent English)
Ultra-Premium: ?24-25K (Excellent spoken English)
