Job Summary
PlacidWay is hiring a
Customer Service Representative
to support incoming patient inquiries and assist them throughout the healthcare coordination process. This role involves direct communication with international patients, coordination with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
This is a
remote, full-time position
requiring strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Contact incoming patient leads via phone, email, and online messaging
Understand patient requirements and provide accurate information about healthcare options
Coordinate communication between patients and medical providers
Follow up with patients to ensure timely responses and a positive experience
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM systems
Support conversion goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in customer service, sales, or a related role
Experience handling
international customers
is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English
Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales tracking
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Skills
Background in BPO, call center, healthcare support, or service-based industries
Sales or negotiation experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processes
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
