Key ResponsibilitiesBeneficiary Outreach & Communication
Make outbound calls to beneficiaries to
inform them about ongoing or upcoming projects
, programs, or services.
Clearly explain project objectives, timelines, benefits, and next steps in a simple and respectful manner.
Address basic questions, concerns, or doubts raised by beneficiaries during calls.
Ensure communication is culturally sensitive, empathetic, and aligned with the NGO's values.
Information Collection & Follow-up
Collect and verify basic beneficiary information as required for program implementation.
Record call outcomes, feedback, and beneficiary responses accurately in tracking sheets or systems.
Conduct follow-up calls as needed to ensure beneficiaries have received and understood the information.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with program teams to share beneficiary feedback, concerns, or on-ground issues.
Flag urgent cases or special needs to the appropriate internal team.
Assist in maintaining updated beneficiary contact lists and call logs.
Compliance & Ethics
Maintain confidentiality and dignity of beneficiaries at all times.
Follow organizational guidelines related to data privacy, consent, and ethical communication.
Ensure no misinformation is shared and all communication is as per approved project details.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred, but not mandatory depending on role level).
Good
verbal communication skills
in the local language(s); basic English preferred.
Empathy, patience, and a people-centric attitude.
Ability to explain information clearly to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Basic knowledge of phone handling and data entry (Excel/Google Sheets).
Preferred Experience
Experience in
customer support, call center, field outreach, or community work

Prior experience working with NGOs, social programs, or beneficiary-facing roles is an advantage.
