Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Customer Service Representative
to join our remote support team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional service in international processes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Follow structured conversation flows and scripts while maintaining flexibility to adapt to varied customer needs.
Identify, clarify, and resolve customer issues through effective communication and research.
Manage irate or dissatisfied customers with empathy and retention-focused solutions.
Proactively build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized service and going the extra mile.
Promote relevant services through effective upselling techniques.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international process.
Demonstrated success in handling retention and upselling responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
Proficient in CRM platforms and customer service best practices.
Strong customer focus, patience, and adaptability to work with diverse personalities.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Willingness to work in the early morning Australian shift (4:00 AM - 1:00 PM IST).
