Experience:
Minimum 1 year (Mandatory)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients for new enrollments and onboarding.
Generate and manage new business leads.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and resolve any escalations promptly.
Prepare and share daily activity and status reports with management.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory.
