A Customer Service Associate is responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with customers: Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person, and provide accurate, timely, and relevant information.

Product and service knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Problem-solving: Identify, assess, and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating more complex issues to higher-level support staff or management as needed.

Maintain customer records: Update customer information in the company's database, ensuring that records are accurate and up-to-date.

Sales support: Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing product recommendations, offering promotions, and processing orders and returns.

Feedback collection: Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant departments to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other customer service associates and cross-functional teams to provide seamless support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Training and development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay informed about company policies and industry trends.

Performance metrics: Meet and exceed established performance metrics such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Uphold company values: Represent the company professionally and adhere to its values, policies, and procedures, while maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or specialized training is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
