30% Freshers, 70% Experienced (6-12 months of relevant experience)

70% Graduates, 30% Undergraduates

Salary Structure (WAHA - English/Kannada):

Freshers: ?20,100/- | Experienced: ?21,000/-

Key Assessment Requirements:

WriteX: Email Writing - B1 Level Typing Speed - Minimum 25 WPM with 85% accuracy Agreeableness Score - Minimum 20 Conscientiousness Score - Minimum 20 IND Pearson Versant ENG (local)_WD: VETI Score 4
