Job Summary
We are looking for a
customer-focused Customer Support Executive
to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely support during night shift operations. This is an
on-site role
based in
Jalandhar
, ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via
calls, emails, and chat
Provide accurate information about products/services
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction
Follow company processes and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills (English required)
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Ability to work
independently during night shift
Customer support / BPO experience preferred (freshers can apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,820.68 - ?35,632.37 per month
