Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate quality leads

Pitch products or services effectively to prospective clients

Follow up with leads and respond to customer inquiries

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM tools

Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:



MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred OR any graduate with 2+ years of sales/tele-sales experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency

English

(spoken)

Target-oriented with a positive attitude and passion for sales

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
