We are looking for freshers and experienced candidates for an Domestic Voice Process Executive, you will handle inbound and/or outbound voice calls from customers. You will provide high-quality customer support, resolve customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction by following company policies and using CRM tools efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via voice in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests related to the client's products or services.
Accurately log customer interactions in CRM systems, maintain records of calls, and escalate complex issues when needed.
Meet or exceed performance metrics / KPIs such as AHT (Average Handling Time), FCR (First Call Resolution), Quality Score, and Customer Satisfaction.
Required Qualifications / Skills :
Education: Any Graduate/B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. IT
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy.
