Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, pickups, deliveries, and shipment status.
Planner Coordination
Communicate customer requirements, order details, and special instructions directly to planners.
Ensure planners have the correct and complete information for scheduling and route planning.
Follow up with planners on order progress and relay updates back to customers.
Order & Data Management
Enter and update order information in logistics systems accurately.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and shipment information.
Verify order details, appointment times, and required documentation.
Issue Resolution
Identify potential service issues (delays, incorrect information, capacity constraints) and coordinate with planners to resolve them.
Proactively notify customers of changes and provide alternate solutions when necessary.
Cross-Functional Communication
Work closely with planners, warehouse teams, and customer accounts to ensure smooth workflow.
Support planners with administrative tasks such as updating systems, confirming appointments, and checking shipment status.
Provide timely updates on delays, changes, or issues affecting customer orders.
Handle complaints or service concerns and ensure they are resolved professionally.
