Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities

Call new patient leads daily Follow up on old enquiries Do outbound calls from given data Reply on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook & calls Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments Manage walk-in patients at reception Maintain patient records and daily registers Handle emails with patients and vendors Support basic billing and account records Manage front desk and daily clinic flow Ensure smooth patient experience
Skills Required

Good communication in Hindi & Punjabi English is a plus Confident with calling and messaging Knows email, Excel, WhatsApp Web, data entry Polite, calm, and presentable Can handle pressure and multitask Clinic, hospital, sales, or calling experience preferred Know how to handle whatsapp, facebook and instagram
