Key Responsibilities
As a
Customer Service Representative
, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring all their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your responsibilities will include:
Handle inbound and outbound calls
to address product queries and provide solutions.
Assist customers with product selection, and usage, and handle the queries with utmost care.
Conduct feedback calls
to gather customer insights and improve product offerings.
Promote products and features
during customer interactions when appropriate.
Resolve complaints efficiently
while maintaining a positive tone.
Document all interactions, queries, and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to escalate technical or complex issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and query resolution.
Requirements
Female candidates with
good communication
skills.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
Comfortable with product calling and handling feedback conversations.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Must have experience in customer support or telesales.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
?15,000 to ?20,000
per month (based on experience and qualifications).
Work Schedule:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
