Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer needs and provide
accurate information

Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
Follow communication scripts and
call-flow guidelines
when handling different topics.
Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate to the appropriate department.
Meet daily/weekly
call targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
Prior experience in a
call center
or customer service role preferred.
Excellent
