About the role:
As a
Customer Service Representative
, you will be the first point of contact between the company and potential or existing customers. Your role will focus on building strong customer relationships through effective communication, addressing their needs or concerns, and ensuring a smooth service experience. You'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by resolving issues, collecting feedback, and updating records accurately.
Specifically this role will involve:
Interact with customers over phone calls to promote products or services.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-up.
Collect and document customer feedback to help improve offerings.
Maintain accurate customer data and call records in the system.
Achieve individual targets and contribute to team goals.
Ideal candidate will have:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping ability.
Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc / BCA
or equivalent.
