Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain clear and polite communication with Canadian clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Record customer interactions and update CRM systems as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Meet or exceed established performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
in any field.
Strong
English communication skills
(verbal and written).
Previous customer service experience preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Ability to handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other support tools.
Flexibility to work in shifts if required (to match Canadian time zones).
