Customer Relationship Associate

Key Responsibilities :

Handle

lead conversion

through effective communication and persuasion. Conduct

cold calling

and manage timely

follow-ups

with potential customers. Convince customers to purchase from our store by providing the best product solutions. Develop in-depth

product knowledge

to guide customers effectively. Maintain and update customer records using

CRM software

. Ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to after-sales support.

Requirements :

1-2 years of experience in customer service/sales, preferably in the retail sector. Fluency in

English, Hindi, and Punjabi

(mandatory). Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Knowledge of

CRM software

and basic computer proficiency. Goal-oriented with the ability to work under targets.

Pay: ₹10,504.93 - ₹20,000.00 per month
