Customer Support Executive (CSE) - UK Shift

Work Schedule:



Monday to Friday (5 Days) Two Alternate Saturdays UK Shift Timings

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for UK clients. Resolve customer queries with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and follow-ups. Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and response times.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred. Prior experience in customer service / international voice process is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written). Ability to work in rotational shifts (UK time zone). Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
