Customer Service Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Fluent Spoken English with Neutral Accent: Good listening and articulation skills.
Min. 25-30 WPM with accuracy.
Familiarity with CRM/ Voice call tools preferred.
