Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the face of our company to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone regarding loan applications, payments and general inquiries. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our loan products, services, and processes to customers. Assist customers in completing loan applications, understanding loan terms, and guiding them through the application process. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests and issues.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry or related field. Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of the English language. Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in challenging situations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
