Job description
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and promptly
2. Provide real-time shipment tracking updates and estimated delivery times
3. Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for smooth pick-up and delivery
4. make an order in CRM and take care document like BOL, POD, and Rate confirmation.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment status
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business
7. Update CRM systems with case notes and customer information
8. Working on Daily loads closing over the CRM (Port Pro)
9. Getting approval from customer for additional charges.
10. Sharing daily reports to the management regarding loads.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
