Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with customers in a professional manner.
Resolve shipment-related queries such as tracking issues, delays, and delivery updates.
Provide accurate and timely information on pricing and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and internal teams for issue resolution.
Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate complex issues when needed.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and case history in the CRM system.
Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to customers regarding their concerns or queries.
