We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails.
Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer queries.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role is a plus (freshers can apply).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Good problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
Preferred Skills
Experience in voice, chat, or email support.
Knowledge of customer service best practices and KPIs.
Multilingual ability (if applicable to the role).
