Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Customer Support Representative to handle dealer coordination and support activities for our Maharashtra Project. The ideal candidate will manage dealer communication, follow up on orders and documentation, resolve queries, and ensure smooth coordination between the internal team and dealers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day communication and follow-ups with dealers across Maharashtra.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts for order status and issue resolution.
Maintain and update dealer data, order details, and documentation in the system.
Manage queries related to pricing, delivery schedules, and product details.
Support the project team in dealer onboarding, documentation, and verification processes.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on dealer activities and pending issues.
Ensure timely and professional communication with all stakeholders.
Assist in post-sale support and feedback collection from dealers.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate (Any discipline)
Experience: 1-3 years in customer support, dealer coordination, or project handling (preferably in manufacturing or trading industry)
Languages: Marathi, Hindi, and English (fluency in Marathi is mandatory)
Computer Skills: MS Office, Excel, and email communication
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up and coordination ability
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to multitask and manage dealer relationships effectively

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
