Customer Service Executive
to be the first point of contact for our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Provide accurate information about reservations, services, and facilities.
Resolve guest queries and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Support day-to-day customer service tasks to enhance overall guest experience.
What We're Looking For:
2-5 years of experience
in customer service / call handling / guest enquiry profiles (Tourism & Hospitality preferred, but not mandatory).
Graduate
in any discipline.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Local candidates from
Murshidabad or nearby areas
encouraged. Candidates open to relocation are also welcome.
