Key Responsibilities
Handle
inbound & outbound calls, emails, and messages
Respond to client and candidate queries professionally and promptly
Provide information related to
HR services, hiring status, and processes
Coordinate between clients, candidates, and internal teams
Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking sheets
Follow up on pending queries and service requests
Escalate issues to concerned departments when required
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience as a
Customer Support / Customer Care Executive
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of
CRM tools, MS Excel, and email handling
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Good to Have
Experience in
HR consultancy or service industry
Knowledge of
recruitment & onboarding processes
Ability to handle corporate clients and candidates professionally
Immediate joiner preferred
Education
Graduate in any discipline (freshers may apply)
