Responsibilities



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate information about products and services, assisting with client questions and concerns Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using data entry systems Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and accuracy Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily Assist in outbound calling campaigns to promote products or gather customer feedback Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document customer interactions and generate reports

Skills



Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, especially in English and other languages Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred Strong data entry skills with high typing accuracy and speed Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Experience in sales or client services is advantageous Good problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
