Position Summary

We are looking for a

proactive and motivated Outbound Sales & Research Executive

to join our team. The role involves

outbound calls for abandoned cart conversions

,

collecting product feedback

, and

conducting research calls

to gather meaningful market and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers with abandoned carts

to drive conversions and increase sales.

Conduct outbound research calls

to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor insights.

Collect structured product feedback

and customer opinions. Maintain

accurate records

of calls, feedback, and conversion data in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and address customer queries to support customer success.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams

to provide insights that shape business strategies. Participate in special outbound calling projects to support business growth as needed.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication

skills with strong persuasion abilities. Ability to handle objections professionally and manage rejections with a positive attitude.

Experience in outbound sales, tele-calling, or market research

is preferred. Familiarity with

CRM or telephony platforms

(e.g., Zoho Desk/Voice) is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability. Team player with enthusiasm, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Additional Ways This Role Adds Value

Support lead qualification and appointment scheduling

for the sales team. Escalate warm leads and high-value feedback to product and sales managers. Conduct ongoing market and competitor research calls. Participate in

product launch or promotional calling campaigns

to increase customer engagement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
