Work Details:
5 working days per week
Rotational shifts (mostly night shifts)
Rotational weekly offs
Eligibility:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Graduates and undergraduates can apply
Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers professionally.
Assist customers with queries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
Maintain proper documentation of all interactions in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.
Meet KPIs and quality standards while delivering excellent customer experience.
Collaborate with team members and operations for smooth process execution.
