Key Responsibilities:



Managing inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats. Identifying and addressing customer needs and complaints. Providing information about products, pricing, and availability. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Resolving issues by escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary. Potentially selling products or services and making account changes.

Required:



Excellent communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile:



0-5 years of experience in an international BPO environment handling customer support operations. Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written). Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds. Convincing power to handle objections and negotiate deals when necessary.

Pay: ₹11,086.00 - ₹38,840.31 per month

Work Location: In person
