Job Title: Customer Support Associate (CSE)

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Shifts: Rotational Shifts and Rotational Offs

Eligibility:

Education: Graduates & Undergraduates

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year in Customer Support or similar roles

Skills: Fluent English communication is mandatory

Salary: ₹15K to 22K CTC

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, chats, or emails

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
