Responsibilities
Client Management:
Build and nurture strong client relationships, from initial contact to closing and beyond. Understand client needs and provide expert guidance throughout the transaction.
Property Expertise:
Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to determine property values and advise clients on pricing strategies.
Sales & Marketing:
List and market properties using our cutting-edge tools and platforms. Host open houses, conduct showings, and promote listings through social media and networking.
Negotiation:
Mediate and negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms.
Transaction Coordination:
Prepare and review all necessary real estate documents, contracts, and disclosures. Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process.
Business Development:
Actively generate new leads and referrals to grow your business. Stay informed about local market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus. A proven track record of successful sales is highly desirable.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation:
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-Motivation:
A highly self-disciplined and results-oriented professional who can work independently.
Technology Savvy:
Familiarity with real estate software, MLS, and digital marketing tools.
Transportation:
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Minimum 12th Pass and graduate Preffered
