Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and call logs.
Requirements
Fluency in English
with
excellent communication skills

Prior experience in
voice process/customer service
preferred; freshers with strong communication can also apply.
Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to
work from office, Indore (near Airport)

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
