We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our sales team at BedR. You will be responsible for engaging potential customers, promoting our offerings, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to convert leads into customers and ensure an exceptional experience throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
? Identify and engage potential customers through calls, meetings, demos, and events
? Understand customer needs and present BedR's solutions effectively to close sales
? Manage the end-to-end sales process -- from lead qualification to closure
? Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
? Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and new customers
? Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
? Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses
? Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align on offers and feedback
? Prepare sales reports and share insights with the sales leadership team
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
? 1-3+ years of experience in customer sales / business development / client acquisition
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
? Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset
? Comfort with CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting
