Job Description

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in Customer service BPO or in Sales

Mandatory English Communication.



Role:



Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote services.

Collect payments and send quotations to clients.

Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions.

Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Resolve customer queries or escalate unresolved issues.
