Role Overview
You will support and train our existing customers using our ERP software. This includes helping with software usage, accounting entries, billing, GST. The position requires regular customer interaction and problem-solving skills.

Resolve software, accounting, and GST-related queries
Guide users step-by-step
Requirement:
Basic accounting knowledge
Good communication skills
Freshers with good accounting knowledge are welcome
